Privacy policy

What this covers

This policy explains what information Duralium collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the enquiry and quote forms and to messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone through links on this site.

What we collect

• Details you enter in a form: name, company, phone number, email, location, project type, the product you are interested in, and your message.
• The page you were on when you sent the enquiry, and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), so we know which pages and campaigns produce enquiries.
• Basic technical information that every web server receives, such as your IP address and browser type. We use it to keep the site secure and to limit spam.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To follow up on the products or project you asked about.
• To understand which products and pages interest visitors, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is seen by the Duralium team and by the services that deliver it to us (for example our website host and email delivery provider), which process it only on our behalf. If you choose to send your enquiry through WhatsApp or email, that message is handled by those services under their own terms.

Maps and third-party content

The contact section can load Google Maps when you choose to view a map. Google then receives your IP address and browser details under Google’s own privacy policy. Nothing is loaded from Google until you press “Load map”.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us at info@duralium.in or on +91 77778 73999.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its date.
